By creating an account or using Flevo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.
Flevo provides an AI-powered lead generation platform that helps businesses find and engage with potential customers on Reddit, via cold email, and through signal monitoring. The Service includes:
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@flevo.io.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits.
You may use Flevo only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with:
Flevo's agents are designed to generate genuine, helpful content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content before it is sent (on Starter plan) or for configuring appropriate settings on auto-mode plans.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT. VAT may be added based on your location.
All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must provide payment details to continue.
You may cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from your first paid charge. Beyond that, refunds are issued at our discretion and only in exceptional circumstances.
If a payment fails, we will retry it three times over seven days. If all retries fail, your account will be downgraded to the free tier and your agents will be paused.
Flevo and all its components (software, UI, algorithms, documentation) are the intellectual property of Flevo. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Content you create using Flevo (lead data, generated replies) belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant Flevo a limited license to process this content to provide the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Flevo does not guarantee specific results, lead quality, or revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flevo's liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Flevo is not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms (Reddit, Google, etc.) including account bans or restrictions resulting from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may cancel your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
