How does Flevo avoid Reddit bans?+

Flevo uses the official Reddit API — no scraping. For auto-posting, you connect your own Reddit account (your credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and never readable by anyone, including us). Max 5 auto-replies per hour, human-like delays. Most users copy-paste manually — no Reddit account required for that.

Can Flevo see my Reddit credentials?+

No. Your Reddit credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before being stored. The encryption key is derived from your account secret and never stored in the database. Even with direct database access, the credentials are unreadable. This is stated explicitly in our Privacy Policy.

Which sources does Flevo monitor?+

Reddit (highest intent), DEV.to (developer founders), Hacker News (tech founders), Indie Hackers (indie founders), and Lobste.rs (technical community). All sources are free and require no API key except Reddit.

What counts toward my 500 lead quota?+

Only quality leads with a score of 65 or above. Low-quality results (score under 65) are shown in your feed but don't count toward your quota. In practice, most users with well-configured workspaces rarely hit the limit.

What happens after the 7-day trial?+

You'll be prompted to enter a card to continue. If you don't, your account goes read-only — your data is preserved. Cancel anytime, no questions asked.

Can I monitor multiple products?+

Yes. Workspaces are unlimited on the Pro plan. Each workspace has its own sources, keywords, subreddits, and feed. Run as many as you need.
